You haven't given any info re: his birthyear but I can see a couple of entries for Ralph on freebmd under both Forster and Foster

Have you already discarded those entries?  Have you checked freebmd for a death for Ann

I have given the death date for Mary 1874 born abt 1826/9

Ann born 1837 can't find a death

Ralph born abt 1829 on the 1881 census but not 1891 wife Ann a widow in 1891

They had a farm at Lynesack, so I imagine they are will be buried locally, is there a grave yard at lynesack

[Sorry I am new to Roots web and hopeless at IT - but  trying to find as a matter of urgency the grave of Robert and Ada  Kellett .   snow prevents me coming -  Are you local
He died much earlier but she died Febb 1985 and was cremated but her name may be on the grave.
Any thoughts appreciated - should I be asking council at Bishop Auckland or Barnard Castle?

Hi
Just saw your post re Lynesack and Softley. Have you tried Hamsterley for the burials?
