try this link

But the Llanmartin burials start only in 1813. Mary Rees who died in 1813 wasn't buried in Llanmartin, so perhaps she was buried in one of the surrounding parishes

There would appear to be a 20 year gap in the transcribed burials in Wilcrick of 1804-1824
There's a possible marriage for George also in Penhow in 1803. Richard Grove was a witness on both Penhow marriages, but I don't think there's any significance. It looks like he was the parish clerk, judging from the number of times he was witness around that time.

well, that's the best online you'll find for the area. If you can't find what you're looking for, you could try the record office in Cwmbran
http://www.torfaen.gov.uk/CommunityAndLiving/GwentRecordsOffice/Home.aspx
They have Llanmartin burials from 1813, but Bishops Transcripts from 1725 with some gaps. The marriage records 1755-1837 have been affected by damp apparently. It was recorded in 1805 that the records went back to 1736. Again in 1831, baptisms & burials 1778 -1812 existed but have since been lost, according to the book 'Parish Registers of Wales'.
