Title: flannerys, rathnaleen, nenagh
Post by: toribori on Tuesday 09 March 10 21:12 GMT (UK)
my ancestors the flannerys originated in rathnaleen, nenagh, co tipperary.  they also owned property at Sheane, Nenagh and Moanfin.  I've gone as far back as my g g g grandfather who was patrick flannery, rathnaleen, died aug 1897, he was married to mary flannery.  my grandfather's (stephen flannery) wife was maryanne spain (kilruane/moanfin area).
if anyone might be related, it would be great to find out a bit more about my ancestors. thks ;)

My gggggrandfather was John Flannery (1764 in Puckane-1834)He was married to Winifred.  They had Hannah 1814, Phillip 1811, John, and William.
Hannah married William Cain near Nenagh.  They had 9 children in Ireland and came to Canada settling in  Lucan Ontario.  Any connections out there.
