I am looking for information about Alice Heveningham who married Thomas Norton Green. She was the daughter of George Heveningham, who was the son of Sir John Heveningham (1429 - 1499)

Do you have additional information on George HEVENINGHAM and his family? I do not have a daughter Alice for George who died ca 1538.
I have two daughters for him, Margaret and Anne, and that his wife was Elynor UNKNOWN.
I descend from Margaret who married Jasper PHESANT in 1531.

I have since found more information on the HEVENINGHAMs and George and Margaret BURGOYNE (first wife) did, indeed, have a daughter, Alice, who married Thomas Norton GREEN.
There is a lot online for the family.
Good luck!

I read your post with interest. In my husband's tree I have a Margery Launce mentioned in an old document as being married to "one Feasant". They would have been married in the late 1400s. He possibly either lived in or came from Fressingfield. Do you know anything about the early history of this family or know of any good sources?

Hi, Sharon!
I've not come across LAUNCE in my research.
Be sure to search all variations of PHESANT. I'd check Visitations. I do find some info in the Visitation of London 1633.
