Title: Burial of Ann Hermann

My great great grandma Ann Hermann died on the 29th of October 1917 at 3 Bell Cottages, New Road, Dagenham age 70 the widow of Joseph Hermann (he is buried at Trealaw Cemetery, South Wales with his baby grandson).  The informant was his son in law James Adams.  How can I find out where she is buried and who with.  I know she is not buried at Trealaw.  I am assuming that after the death of her husband she moved in with her daughter.
