Title: 1841 Census - John Masters
Post by: jericho on Sunday 21 February 10 23:18 GMT (UK)
Could I please have the 1841 census for both John Masters born in Somerset in 1781, as I am trying to find out if both are my direct line.

Hi Karenlee

May have a connection with the family from Black Moor, unfortunately not enough information on the first John Masters to make a connection as yet..

Thanks

Hi Jericho,
I thought I had sent you an email with what I had found on the two John Masters born in Pilton in 1782. Plus the info on Joseph and how he fits into the mix, and also Edith Masters.
In case I didn't I'll resend to you. I still have your email address.

Cheers
 Geoff

I have a John Masters in my family tree.
He was born 1801 in East Brent, Somerset but ended up living in Butleigh, Nr Glastonbury. He was married to a Sarah ? and they had three sons William, Robert and George (all born in S Brent).

Hi Kris

Thanks for the two marriages,  I don't recognise any of the women names but I keep them for future reference

Hi Geoff

I did get your information, Thank-you for that, but I posted this before I received your information and was trying to find out if my John was still living in 1841. Your information did answer a few questions I had.

Hi jusnoneed

Most of the John Masters that I have in my tree were born in Pilton, so at the moment I can find no connection between our John's but will let you know if I find any in the future.
