Title: Rogers of Cranbrook
Post by: Dahlia on Friday 18 March 05 23:00 GMT (UK)
Hi, can anyone find a birth/baptism of William Rogers, son of John, born about 1820.  I have only just made the link with Kent from Camberwell, where the family lived for many years.

Thanks

Dahlia

I am sorry Dahlia, the records I have only go up to 1812. You could try for  a search at the local Registry Office. I do not know if there would be a charge. There is the Kent OPC site but it is in its early days at present. Also there is the Kent look-up exchange.

Good Luck.

Hi Dahlia

Did you have any luck with this via the Kent Look-up Exchange?

Hi,
I got my answer by going to the Kent Archives on my holidays!  I did not bother with the Kent Look-up exchange as I wanted to make a wider search.
The trail leads to Frittenden........
