Title: Frederick Lewis Wilkins

I would like to find info whatever is available on Frederick Lewis Wilkins(1875)
In 1891 he was at Aldershot in the 1 Battalion Queens Royal West Surrey Regiment.In 1892 he enlisted in the Royal Artillery #91621 but I imagine that his career was short lived since he did not report for duty.
Is there any record of what happened ?

Does anyone know if there is a way to find out what happened to Fred?All I know is that he does not show up in 1901.

His records appear to be on Ancestry.  On his attestation he gave his occupation as Seaman so perhaps he  was away at sea at the time of the 1901?
