I'd be grateful for any info on Vera James Westlake (parents, siblings, etc.)   She was born in Cornwall, but I don't know which town/village although Downderry is a possibility.

I think her mother's maiden name was James.  Vera was born on 3rd January 1915 or 1916.

Vera J Westlake   MarQ  1916   Liskeard   5c    73   (mother James)


Liskeard registration district covers several villages.

Copy of the birth certificate will give the names of her parents.

Richard J Westlake   MarQ 1914  Liskeard   5c  89     bride:   Emily A James

Many thanks for your efforts.  You've found her!  I have a Bible awarded to Richard John Westlake in 1902 so that's obviously her dad!
