Can someone lookup if there is an entry for a Thomas Baker about 1820s-1830s in Minchinhampton, Horsley, Nailsworth area please?

Welcome to the best place there is.
Have you had a look at http://openlibrary.org/b/OL2779531M/Gloucestershire_clock_and_watch_makers where the Dewey decimal number and ISBN are given. It should be fairly straightforward to find a library which has a copy. You local library might be able to borrow it for you to search.
