Hi Lisa.
Must be a transcription error :
1841 Census
Headingley, Leeds
Joseph Clapham 25
Jane Clapham 20
Hope this helps.

Lisa, I think you will find that Joseph is 34 on the 1851 Census not 24 and Jane 32, so that could make your marrige correct.

Dee is correct, Lisa.
Check the original image and you'll be able to make out the age as 34. The '3' is the same as that in Jane's '32'.

Do you think that
Thomas Rawson 55
George Rawson 29
Could be Jane Father and brother?
Lisa

As RAWSON is Jane's maiden name, it's highly likely.

Hi Lisa, forgive me for intruding in your thread, but I notice you are following CLAPHAM in Leeds, and I wondered if you would be interested in seeing this from my collection. It's a cobalt blue medicine bottle dating to c1895 - 1900. I wonder if it is the same Clapham family you are following. J. Clapham, Botanical Chemist, Wade Ln & Kelsall St, Leeds.

Hi Nevthedigger
The Clapham in my family are Matthew Clapham 1850 to 1903 and his father Joseph Clapham 1827 , not sure it if they are the same line?????
That bottles is great, ;D
