Hi All,
Searching for Alice Elizabeth Hillery born 1851 Bermondsey. I do have her on all other census but try as I may she cannot be found, same goes for her father Simeon Hillery born 1819 Wandstead, have him on all census but not 1891 he died 1896 so wondered if they are together. Any help most appreciated. :)

I assume that you have her after 1891 then ???
Do you have Simeons death certificate to see if she was the informant ???
-
Yes, 1901 and she was the informant of Simeon's death.
-
I see that Alice 49 is with her sister Mary A 54 also unmarried on the 1901 occupations Shirt Button Holers.
I cant find either in 1891 which would lead me to believe that either their surname has been completely mis transcribed, I have tried searching under various combinations or just by christian names, when and where born in the West Ham area without any success or they simply were missed off of the census, it did happen.

Many thanks for your time and trouble :)it's great to have another pair of eyes. My guess miss transcribed. I had a Pallent transcribed as Mahoy can you believe?

she was the informant of Simeon's death.

Trying to find the road in 1891 by the neighbours who were there in 1881, but they have very inconsiderately moved.
Anybody with the street index?
-
Hi, The correct address is: Forest Lodge, Dames Road, off Cann Hall Road.
What are the addresses on the Death Certificate for the place of death, and the address of the informant? You may find her on the 1891 Census there.
