Looking for any information regarding someone with the above surname. I do know he was a dentist in the Black Watch regiment around 1922.

No that's all the information I have....I think there is a photograph somewhere I will ask if there is any information on the back. Is there any way to search the Black Watch records ?

I dont know much about the military side of rootschat, but if you scroll down the welcome page there is a military section you could maybe post a query on, probably more chance of someone with a bit of knowledge there

The Black Watch has its own website www.theblackwatch.co.uk

Petrie/Peatrie is quite a common name in Orkney and Shetland
