Can anyone help with Ann S Skingle (aged 34 in 71 and 54 in 91) born St Lukes. May have moved to Lambeth by 1891. Her husband could be down as Jeremiah or George (I don't think he could decide !)
Thanks in advance

How strange! She and her husband are both in the 1881 and 1901 censuses. Annie L in 1891 is their daughter.
does their son Edward (20) show up in 1891?
Thanks

Thats great !
He is my great grandfather. I knew he had been in the forces in the Boer War and WW1.
And I've been planning to go to Landguard (Langward) Fort in Felixstowe soon anyway, without even knowing of a family connection, so this really makes a difference.
Thanks (yet) again
