Here is another that I am having a difficult time with. Your help to decipher it would be most appreciated

It seems to start P and end hough -not much help. Which area is it, could there be another signiture somewhere?

Could it be Paterson Smyth, by any chance?

Finbar's suggestion looks fair to me, but I did wonder if the second half might be Forsyth rather than Smyth?

Thanks for all the help guys. I was able to find the church and the name was John Patterson Smyth.
Venerable John Paterson Smyth, who was, himself, originally from Ireland, graduating from Trinity College, Dublin. He was
Rector of St. George's from 1907 until his retirement in 1926. He became the Archdeacon of Montreal in 1924. He was also the
author of a number of books.
