Title: CASEMORE Family before 1775
Post by: david.eeley on Tuesday 19 January 10 15:57 GMT (UK)
I'm looking for Casemore family before 1775.
I have HENRY CASEMORE marriage to PHYLLIS BUNYAN in Dorton on 8 January 1772. After that the family moved to Quainton.
Does anyone have information relating to Henry or Phyllis births and their ancesters.

Hi,
I am a descendant of the Casemores of Ickford and have done quite a bit of research on the family. I have a huge file
full of info, but no details on the Quainton line.
According to some notes passed along by another researcher (originally from someone doing a one-name-study some years ago), the Quainton Casemores are connected to those of Waddesdon and Aston Clinton, so you might try the PRs of those parishes for "your" Henry's baptism.
The Bucks Family History Society will do look-ups for a very reasonable price.

hth,
Carmela

Hi David,
I have just seen your message regarding Henry and Phyllis Casesmore. Henry's father, also named Henry was living in Bierton and married Elizabeth Robinson in Thame, Oxon, around 1750. Everyone is looking for more details of Henry Snr as there are Casemore families all round Bierton going back to the 1588's but we can't find his birth details.

If it is any help I have a family tree for Phyllis and can send you a copy,
regards,
Irene

Hi David,

Like you I am brand new to all this as well. I have been told that I can scan the paperwork I have on Phyllis Casemore and send it to you.

I use the computer at my local library mostly on a Friday, so next Friday I will try and get this information to you,

regards,
Irene
