There's a machine translation there but it doesn't make too much sense!

Médor is a generic francophone dog name (like Rover )

So maybe it's something like this:

this is strange ,yes it is that photo but i did not get it from ebay,i received a collection of old photos and books on and this was among them.i put some of the old photos on rootchat .

"douceur calme" would translate better as calm softness or sweetness...calm is the adjective here.

 Isn't the whole ~ seeming ~ nature of that card a little macabre?

I wonder if it's something to do with a series, portraying a 'known' story?
