You can search for NSW bmds here:
http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/Index/IndexingOrder.cgi/search?event=births
For example, the marriage is listed in 1922 - Reginald G. Howarth, Mary E. Brennan. (An actual copy of the marriage would give you more information). If you know what year Reginald was born in or where he was born you can look for his birth also (there are a couple of possibilities).
"Bonaparte Howarth" = Robart Bonaparte Howarth? There is some information on the Howarth family here:

Annie,
There are links under the "request a look up tab" and there is a form for requesting look ups.
I have not used the service myself.
Others here on RC may be more experieced at this and hpefully one of them will answer if I am not right.
good luck Robyn

Hello Gregory,
The Reginald you're looking for, is he Reginald G Howarth?
Son of James Lewis Howarth and Esther Furner?

Hi Gregory,
In 1903 for the polling place of Carcoar (which is still located next to Blayney ;D ) the following with surname HOWARTH (all aged 21 years and over) were enrolled :
Charles Aldolph, a labourer; Charles Aldophus, a labourer; Eliza Christina, domestic duties; Esther, domestic duties; James Louis, shop assistant; Mary Ann, domestic duties.
I have not yet located the polling place for Lewis Ponds, but it should be in the same electorate (Macquarie) ...
I think Gregory's thread would benefit if it were on the Aussie Board .... there's several RChatters who are NSW-centric ;D ;D ;D
Cheers, JM

Hi Gregory.
Have you tried Trove? Here's a link that shows several reports about members of the Howarth family in N.S.W. The site is searchable, and it allows access to scanned copies of newspaper reports.
https://trove.nla.gov.au/search/category/newspapers?keyword=Reginald%20Howarth&l-state=New%20South%20Wales
I imagine that you might find some answers here?
Good luck with your search.
Peter
