I have just discovered your post on another website:

'Searching for information of "Andrew Kennedey"
Born 1805 possible Clonmel Tipperary or Waterford Co
Tried as convict in 1829 sent to NSW Australia on Vessel Larkins
Got Freedom in 1836 married Mary A Beaven in Shoalhaven NSW in 1851 had Eight Children
Patrick Elizabeth, William, Joeseph, HannahMary, Stephen Joeseph, George and Thomas
and died in Shoalhaven in 1884.'

Any information would be much appreciated

This will save folk doing a lot of unnecessary searching.

In light of what you already know, could you be more specific on what you are trying to find out, please?

On another of his postings, on another site, he states William came on the same ship. I can't find reference to this William, on NSW State Archives.

Both men were butchers.

I guess if he could have died before getting pardoned, or freed.  :-\

Hi

Yes Both Andrew and his father William Kennedy came out together on LarkinsII  Both convicted of Stealing sheep.

can you help with information for either between the date they arrived 29 Dec 1829 and Andrews Marriage to Mary Ann in 1851.
they were received COF in 1836 Andrew work in or around Berry NSW

Also looking for Background Information on them both In Cork before 1829.  All I know is that Andrew was born 1809 around Clomell/Waterford Area and William his father in 1777 in Tipperary

Just use drop-down box and select name of vessel, without any other inforfation inserted.

Only Andrew listed as getting a Cert of Freedom.

Hi

Thanks again for all the above sites as much appreciated.
but I already have copies of both Andrew and Williams ticket to freedom and the like.

Need to find info from that period 1836 on until Andrews marriage in 1851 and what happened to William from 1836 confusing reports about when he died as no proof unfortunately (some claim he died in Liverpool 1836 but no proof that it was ggg Grandfather others say he died at 79 in Shoalhaven in 1884 again no proof it was the William Kennedy I'm looking for)

Good luck with your search,  i am not sure how much info is around for the time frame you want,  but if you contact the historical societies in the areas that you think Andrew worked,  they may be able to help..
