Title: Can anyone decopher this

Hi

I got this document as I am tracing my family roots and Im trying to decipher the following bit as I cant properly make it out.   Can anyone help.

I have got the following bit

Syncope
2days
No medial attendant

But can see to understand what the top line says.

I think it is "Morbus cordis" - which is heart disease.
