Myself and my father have been currently researching our family tree and seem to have hit a brick wall with his ancestors. All I know is that on his grandmother's side they were from Tallow, her name was Mary-Kate Clancy, her father was named Thomas Clancy. She married a Thomas Ronayne and had two children Thomas (1918-1995)and Mary-Margaret (Mollie 1923?-2004). If anyone has any information on Mary-Kate or her father I'd be happy to find out. I do know she is buried in the cemetery by Tallow as her daughter is buried with her but for the life of me I can't remember her date's of birth or death.
Also have tried the 1911 census but for some strange reason my fathers family don't seem to exist

I got the following information from death records on the Waterford County Council website. Died on the 5th Nov. 1900 Catherine Clancy of Chapel Street, Tallow, age 63 bootmakers wife, informant Thomas Clancy her son. Could this be the wife of Thomas?.
