Title: help with dorothy may bennett

please can anyone help my son he is buying an empty house owner died. They were just about to exchange they found the above name also on the deeds they know she has also died but cause her name is on the deeds we need to contact the next of kin before the sale can go ahead.
as my son and his girlfriend have worked so hard to get this house i thought i try and help them out thanks in advance

At what date was her name entered on the deeds?

10 years, 20 years, 50 years ago?

Don't get too specific but whereabouts in Wales?

Dorothy May Bennett   Birth Date:    20 Jun 1918   Death :    Jan 1989   South Glamorgan

How about checking the local newspapers of 1989 to see if her funeral was reported?

thanks for your help 1989 her name was put on the deeds

So it wouldn't appear to be this particular death then?

We still know nothing like the area/town involved.
