Title: COMPLETED - Emanuel Edwards, born ca. 1781

If anyone has access to parish records for Hallow, Worcestershire and nearby area, and can look up christening record for Emanuel Edwards born about 1781, looking for names and any other information on his parents.  Emanuel appears in the 1841 census living in Hallow with wife Ann and sons John and Edwin, both age 15.  His death was registered in Mar, 1844 on the FreeBMD database in Martley, Worcestershire.  In 1851 census his wife (spelled Anne) is living with Edwin in Sheriff Hales, Staffordshire.    Ann was born abt1786 in Stretton, Staffordshire as on the 1851 & 1861 census, maiden name likely Anne Brewster.   Sons John and Edwin born in Hallow in 1824 - 1825.  Would also like their christening records if available.    Any help very much appreciated.     Thank you!  Tom Edwards

No Emanuel Edwards abt 1781 in Hallow baptism records as i hold complete records from 1583-1848.
The first "Edwards" in Parish of Hallow is Amos Edwards 18 Oct 1787 to John & Elizabeth. First marriage a John Edwards to Ann Green 19 April 1768.

Emanuel Edwards was buried Hallow 5 Feb 1844 abode Peachley aged 63.(1781)

Thomas Edwards was buried Hallow 27 Sep 1839 abode Broadheath aged 51.(1788)

Thomas Edwards was buried Hallow 4 Sep 1831 abode St.Johns(Worcester) aged 73.(1758)

Esther Edwards  was buried Hallow 26 Sep 1805

Mary Edwards was buried Hallow 3 Jun 1791

Thank you very much for the taking the time to lookup these records for me, very much appreciated!

The Emmanuel Edwards you've found is indeed "my man" and his wife was Anne Brewster from Stretton near Penkridge.    You also have the baptisms for their sons Edwin and John, who appear to have been baptized twice, in Hallow and in Stretton.     I don't know if the other Edwards' in the Hallow records are related to Emmanuel or not.    I now know that Emmanuel was born in Bromsgrove, baptized 3 May 1780, son of John Edwards and Mary Quarrell.   He apparently had 12 siblings, 9 brothers and 3 sisters however I have not been able to determine if any of them married.
