I've looked on the IGI index for Kingswinford and Familysearch and there is nothing listed.
This might help, I have relatives from Cradley Heath which is close.

Hi
The IGI has a marriage of Robert Windmill and Susanna GREEN, 9 October 1829 at St John's Church, Halesowen, if that's any good.

Hi
Having looked again at this, there is another entry for a Robert Windmill and Susanna Green - different date.
Have a look at the IGI at
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true and you'll see what seems to be the same marriage referenced for two different dates.
best wishes

thanks
see what you mean - i think i'll have to see if i can get to check each date as wish to find father of said robert - hopefully will be on parish register - the family have 'traditional' forenames - so once i find correct date will be able to say if it's the 'correct one' - at least this will narrow it down to two dates rather than several years
thanks again

Hi
The two entries have different dates for the marriage of a Robert Windmill and Susanna Green because one is extracted from the local records (1829) and the other (1831)has been submitted by a member of the LDS Church. This means one is from the parish record and the other is submitted by an individual. Who may well have it wrong.
The correct date is more likely to be from the local records.
Hope this helps

That's useful to know Censuswizard - thanks!
