The address column simply says 'The Village' i.e. Harlington. What makes you think she is in a boarding school?

Ah - I think I see - on page 11 there are some 'pupils' and on page 12 it says 'The School' continued'.

I know of Mr Websters school - a number of my relations attended it and the building it was in was bought by my 3x great grandfather when he retired as a family home.  I wasn't sure whether the girls are a part of the school but as the `head of the house` is an instructress of youth` (the bit I couldn't read - thanks PK I thgough it was the name of ythe school  ::)) it seems likely.  Actually Elizabeth's brother Thomas is on the next page as a pupil.

Thanks everyone for your input.  ;D
