Hi
In the 1881 census the Williams family are living at 8 Vale Terrace, Rhyl. The easiest way to find them on Ancestry is to search for Thomas Williams born Rhyl 1870 +/- 2 yrs in Flintshire. Eliza is down as Elizabeth.
For both England and Wales the 1881 censuses are the only ones you can search by address on Ancestry. When you do so you just enter the street name in the address box and use the other boxes such as county to narrow your search. Also the Civil Parish for Rhyl was Rhuddlan
