E. Lonsdale of Keighley was a prolific photographer who was unique in that he used the very early color Finlay process. If anyone can provide any information on this family I would appreciate it. The local library cannot.

There is a Greenwood Lonsdale with His Wife Elizabeth and Children on the 1901 Census in Keighley..Greenwood Lonsdale Occupation is Noted as House Painter and Decorator

I'm not sure. The name on the glass plates are hand printed "E. Lonsdale". Since Mrs. L is in a lot of the shots, and Mr. L is in only one, I assume he is the photographer. Thanks for this information and for taking the time to respond. -Richard
