Hoping that someone can help me with information regarding James Steel and Christina Orr Arnott.
They married in Beith on Dec 31st 1895 and children I am not sure how many? ??? They went to Canada arriving in 1904.
If anyone is able to help with any info it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Annette :)

Hello Annette
Hopefully some one can pitch in with the 1901 census.
Do you have your family further back from the dates given. I see that the IGI has Christina born in 1870.
CHRISTINA ORR ARNOTT Birth: 14 NOV 1870 Kilmarnock, Ayr, Scotland

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the reply. I have been in touch with a Canadian who helped me once before and was able to find out a bit more about them.
I do have quite a few family back before the dates but I am still looking for a few Steels and info about some which seem to be hard to locate, but I will keep trying.
Thank you for your help.
Regards
Annette.

Christina had an illegitimate daughter named Agnes Dickie Arnott (married Schluter). James and Christina never had any children together that I know of.
