Could it be Tuttle?

Could it be Suttle. I see that the 1891 Census has a number of people with that name.

They are indexed as TUTTLE in 1891 too RG12/183/179/36

The transcribers at "A......." have it as Tuttle. I looked at the 1881 census from LDS and see that Mr Tuttle was a Fishmonger 20 years earlier.
