Realistically this could be anytime from the 1890's up to 1910.
I suspect this is early 1900's as this appears to be a postcard,
also the girls hairstyles were popular at this time as were the lace collars.

This is a hard one. I hope this is ok for you.

I've tried to keep to the original as much as possible. Giving it a tidy and a slight colour boost.

Wow  thanks for your efforts Xin and I have to agree fantastic job by the Hippy.

Cheers jim that ties in with what I thought - but it helps as I have some confusion over just who the kids are - and you were right it is a postcard but there are no details of either the photographer or the date on the reverse.
