Title: Search for details of Joseph Bowerbank

Hello to you all, i am searching for details on a Joseph Bowerbank details as below.

Joseph Bowerbank b  Haltwhistle, Northumberland d 4 Jul 1916
C.S.M. of 1/4th Battalion (Territorials),  Northumberland Fusiliers
Reg No: 249
 
As you can see he died in WW1 i am trying to trace family lines and also any information from obituarys that may have been published at the time of his death to establish the engagement in which he recieved his injuries resulting in his death.
Here is hoping someone can help, and thanks for any help any one can give.

this may be him in 1901 census,,,only one in haltwhistle,,,age is correct.

If you google 1st 4th northumberland fusiliers there is a dedicated website to the regiment
Him been a Sgt major he may be mentioned more than private soldiers
I see youve had a good response on GWF. :)
