Title: Mrs Aussie Roy
Post by: Aussie Roy on Friday 02 October 09 10:45 BST (UK)
To all my old friends on Rootschat. My absence from the room must have been noticed. It was due to my wife's illness.  Pancreactic cancer was diagnosed when it was too late. Sadly she passed away 16 th Sept 2009. R.I.P. my beautiful Barbara.

I cried when I heard the diagnosis and for a few days after. For some reason I could not cry when she died, I felt releif for her and me. Now I'm crying again as I read the responses from all you lovely people. Thank you all once again.

Dear Roy,

That's a very poignant video to listen to and as well as mirroring your thoughts it sure as heck mirrors mine and I bet millions more of us.

I hope it's not too far into the future when the pain does eventually become bearable.
