Can anyone help with this query please?
Henry Waldron & Catharine Weir m 1st qtr 1891 in Swansea Glamorgan Wales. In 1891 English census Catharine is home with her mother and no sign of husband. I no nothing of Henry other than he married Catharine!! I have been searching the net for info and came up with a mention of him in Civil War Pension Index on Ancestry 1861-1934.Some kind person looked this up for me and it mentions a Catharine and she is a widow. I am finding it hard to decipher the rest and dont understand exactly what it is either. Would someone please look it up for me and see if you can give me any futher info to go about tracing this couple. I do not know where either deceased.

The Henry Waldron found in the Civil War Pension Index on Ancestry served in Co. G. 81st Illinois Infantry. A widow's pension was filed by his wife Catharine. The year she filed is blurred but the rest of the date was June 12.
Was your Henry Waldron in U.S.A. between 1861 and 1865? If not this is a different Henry Waldron with wife Catharine.

Thank you for your reply, it wont be my Henry after all as that is possibly the era he was born. More research needed on my part.
