Title: Robert Baker
Post by: Lilly012000 on Friday 18 September 09 04:24 BST (UK)
I'm stuck and cannot find any more information on this family.

Robert Baker: born: December 01, 1900, Ireland
            Married:
Colleen McDugan: born: August 10, 1900, Ireland

They had a son and a daughter.
Their son Joseph was born in 1922. My post was modified! Joseph died in World War Two. I send an e-mail to the commonwealth war graves commission and they could't find anything.

If anyone could help me, could you please let me know. Thank you

Lilly,
This may be a coincidence but all I can find is Robert Baker married Anne Dugan In Belfast R.C. Church on 2 Dec 1900 in Belfast Urban 12 Parish.

there are 2 roberts here about the right age (Co Antrim). No sign of McDugan - could it be just Dugan?

Lilly,
I have also checked the CWGC Debt of Honour site which also includes civilians who died as a result of enemy action and cannot find Joseph. I think it might be worthwhile to double check with your relatives.

Hi Lilly

I was just online searching my ancestor's surnames and saw your post regarding Robert Baker/Annie Dugan.

Did you confirm if this was your relative?  Annie Dugan who married Robert Baker is on my family tree.
