Can't really make out the name, but the address appears to be "?? Clapham Park Rd, SW" :)

I now take the name to be C. Bown. What kind of tweaking of the image got the resolution seen in the post by mjb!!?? Magic happens.

I think it is only the person who made the original post who can see the option 'modify', then putting 'completed' in the title.
