Hi,
Is there a site online that contains enlistment details for the 57th regiment, 2nd division that was stationed in Jerset in / around 1806? I'm interested to know if such records contain the birth year and place of a person who had enlisted.
I have a John Henry Hook of the above mentioned regiment marrying Susan Picot in 1806, and I would like just a little more info to confirm that he is the John Henry I'm looking for.
