I looked for Eliza in 1851 and she is married -no husband present - lodging with an elderley couple named Williams

Wonder if this is Eliza's 1st marriage and Rhoda's father??

There is an Eliza HOWELL burial in the Burrington Burials on 8 Dec 1887 aged 59, which could be Eliza.

Burrington PRs
1828 Feb 24, HOWELL William, s/o Robert & Elizabeth, Burrington, late Schoolmaster

Had a look at the 1851 image and to me it says Eliza is unmarried, and the Samuel Williams she is lodging with is more than likely the same Samuel Williams with Thomas and Sarah in 1861.

Think it probably is her though - Burrington PRs

Do any of your Plumleys come from Pervensey in Sussex?  My gg/grandmother was Sarah Elizabeth Plumley b.1814 Poplar, daughter of John Plumley & Mary Ann Rogers.  John Plumley was born in Pevensey, along with all his family.  Cheers Wynne Maguire.

Hi, Firstly wow wasn't truly aware of anyother Hollier family that was in the sae village.

The family of Thomas and Ann are my relatives (am 3rd Great grandson to them). They also has a son called Moses with is were mmy line in the family come from.

From the information my grandparents were able to get other the years dates the Holliers back to about 1640. My grandparent lived, married and were buried in the village.

Would be interested in finding out more about the links within family history.

Don`t know if this is any  relation of  Rhoda ,but my Grandad was  Samuel Hollier who was born in Blagdon Somerset in 1864.He lived in Wales  from around 1889 and he and my Grandma had 11  children. We can trace the family back to cica 1720
