I am trying to narrow down my searches on the 1911 census.
What would the DED be for Slieverue on the 1911 census which is now on the National Archives of Ireland website.
thanks.

I cant see Slieveroe (Sliabh Rua), Co. Kilkenny on the list of town lands on the census - the closest DED seems to be Rathpatrick. This DED includes townlands around Slieveroe - i.e. Kilmurry, Luffany, Rathpatrick
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Kilkenny/Rathpatrick/
It does not seem to be specifically mentioned as an area on the townland database (http://www.thecore.com/seanruad/) - so possibly it was an unofficial name and the inhabitants are listed under one of the adjacent townland ?

thanks Shane.
Am going to email the parish priest now, to see if he can help with some records.
