Hope this is not mgoing to be a waste of your time but I have one of my maternal side being shown as living in South Norwood in 1901. My grandmothers family of PARKER comes from Sussex, but in 1918 she married a George Henry Parker (allegedly a cousin) a Signal Lampman (bn 1894) and who at the time was shown as living in Burchell Road, Peckham- BUT- in 1901 he was living in South Norwood as I have a book of stories given to him from the South Norwood Weslyian Chapel. The only other help is that his father is called George.
As if trying to find one set of Parkers isn't enough I'm trying to find two.

shout if you need full transcript. But 8 yr old George there. dad Geoprge bn Findon (where your lot came from) and living in Sth Norwood.
But looking at the wide range of places of birth of the children they must have moved around A LOT.

Hi Brenda,
An Ancestry.com member sent me a message to say that you were researching the Barson Family from Coventry. A link was given for me to see your messages re Horace Alfred & Francis William emmigrating to Canada.
My partners Paternal Grandmother was Sophia Barson, b, 1876.
I have a tree on Ancestry.com, if you can access the site. My tree is called "Jeavons & Dutton" family tree.
I would love to hear from you.
Have only just joined this site was unsure how to send you a private message.
Regards Carole.
