not sure what timeframe you are interested in - but it may be worth checking the 1911 census on the National Archives website : http://census.nationalarchives.ie/

a Mary Ellen and Patrick J Gogley are listed on School St, Wexford - see : http://www.rootschat.com/links/070z/

In July of 1867 Patrick Cogley was elected Pilot by Wexford Harbour Commissioners at £100 per year .He was 41 years years of age and carried a certificate of service No. 70579. His age was verified by his father Moses Cogley. Thought this might interest you .

Re Patrick Cogley as  a Bar Pilot. I don't think that the families of the Bar pilots lived out there with them. The pilots lived in a communal pilot station with all of them sleeping in a room containing bunk beds. The cooking etc. was looked after by a Boy . I am not sure of the Dublin connection although I do know of the maternal side of Mitchell Cogley's family. But I think I should tell you that by email. By the way , some time ago, did I send you a photo of all the pilots on the Fort in 1914 ? .The ol' memory is starting to fade.
