Title: Sisters of Mercy, Westport

I discovered, only a couple of months ago, my father had another sister.
Her name was Elizabeth Florence Ashley and she was born about 1926.
Elizabeth was born blind and was  'given' to the sisters in Wellington very young.

My uncle was told by my grandmother (who kept the secret for 70 years) just before she died.
 Apparently he went looking for his sister and eventually located her in Westport, where she had been living with the Sisters, but sadly had died.
Apparently Family Secrets are still the 'go' because I was given very basic information.

Is there anyone who can tell me how I can contact with the Sisters, so I can find out more?

If you "Google" > Catholic Church Westport < you'll get an address / contact,  for St. Canice's RC church.
[If they're not able to help, then they can probably at least, point you in the right direction].
