Can anyone tell me whether there are any on-line records that might help me trace relatives who moved to England from Holland in the 1900's? I cannot find them on the 1901 census, so presume they came over after that date. I know they were here in 1936 because their daughter was married over here. Any advice would be gratefully received!!!

Ancestry has UK incoming passenger lists 1878-1960
Would you like to give their names and dates of birth?

If they were coming from Europe they are unlikely to be listed on the incoming passenger lists; these were only recorded for passengers on ships that sailed from ports outside Europe. (The same goes for the outgoing passenger lists). There are the odd reference to those sailing to/from European ports if they were on a ship that stopped over at that port on its way to/from another port outside Europe.
A good site for Dutch records:

Within England, if you are sure they were over here in 1936 and not just the daughter, and remained in the country, you could check for naturalisation records. Either search the NA catalogue (www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue) or see if a mention of them can be found on the London Gazette (records naturalisations, bankruptcies, changes of name by deed poll, etc...)

Brilliant, lots of ideas there. I haven't got dates of birth, so will try the naturalisation records first and see if I have any joy. I am hoping some relatives might dig up some paperwork to find me the dates of birth, I'll post the details if I get them. Big Thanks, I'll let you know how I get on.

I tried using the link and it failed, then, on Wikipedia, I found
"The Genlias website is offline as of January 1st. 2013. The role of national genealogical platform has been taken over by the website WieWasWie. https://www.wiewaswie.nl/"
This has an English-language version too at https://www.wiewaswie.nl/en/home/

There's a very good chance that you will find what you are looking for on this site. It has quite a lot of passenger lists of ships leaving The Netherlands for America etc. via various ports in England. Good luck!
