John Cooper (Widower) married Lydia Fovargue (Widow) on 10th December 1835. He had previously married Frances Bates on 7th June 1814 and it looks like they had thirteen children including William and Ann and there were two sets of twins amongst them.
It looks like William might have married Harriet Austen on 17th April 1836
The thirteen children of John and Frances Cooper are also itemised in IGI batch C027741 - http://www.familysearch.org/eng/default.asp
