Could anyone please find James Cooper b. about 1827,potter, Hanley, wife Ellen b.1829 Burslem. Probably living Hanley area. Thank you holden

HO107/2005/345/9
Stoke on Trent
36 Mill St
John Hilditch, head, mar, 45, Potter Presser, born Audley
Eliza Do, wife, 31, born Hanley
James Cooper, Brother in law, mar, 25, Potter Overl???, born Shelton
Ellen do, sister in law, mar, 22, Potter Paintress, born Burslem
(Sorry I can't make out his precise occupation. I thought it might be overlooker but the word shape isn't quite right for that)
