				Hi
I meant to request this information at the same time as my previous 1841 message.
I'm hoping to find the Hampson family at 4 Crown St in 1851.
At least Eliza (mother), Catherine, Ellen and Edward Hampson.  Edward was born in 1844 so the family were certainly there then and they were still there in 1861.  I am hoping to find other members of the family.
With many thanks
Fiona

				Hi,
re 1841
Do you know what district of Salford Crown St is in?
regards,

				Hi
I believe Crown Street is in the Greengate district, but could be the Broughton area.
On a map it is the east side of Salford on the border with Manchester - it is close to the river Irwell where it does a u-turn and passes Manchester Cathedral.  It is a small street and just off Bury Street.
Let me know if you need any further information,
Fiona

				Hi,
This enumerator has listed house numbers - No 4 is not listed.
I think your family may have lived at No 9. But its very difficult to read.

With very many thanks!  This 1841 info. helps enormously.  The Hampsons are now a proper-sized family for that era.

				Hi Dave
Someone had only recently been kind enough to find the info for the Hampson family, but very many thanks for your trouble.
