Title: Stableman now training in RSAM

I have a person i am researching whose job was a stableman, in 1881 census, it also said that he is training in RSAM, does anyone know what this stands for.

As I had a relative working as a stableman for a railway company, can I make a pure guess at Railway Stables Animal Management?
