Someone on RootsWeb mentions a Leslie Kilmister, but he doesn't have any facts about Leslie. His Leslie married "Dorothy" who was born in 1896 (no place of birth mentioned). Dorothy's siblings passed away in Canada. Perhaps your Leslie went to Canada?

Vital records for Manitoba:

British Columbia:

After a quick search, do not see Leslie or Dorothy.

Do you know his occupation, please?

AncestorsOnboard shows Leslie leaving for Canada in 1923 but there is no entry for wife Mary
Have you viewed the passenger list to see if there is any info
In my reply to your pm - there appears to have been a child b 1919 and twins b 1922 but again - no entries on AncestorsOnboard

Hello. Thanks for your prompt reply.
I have not yet viewed the Passengers lists because I didn't think they would give me anymore information.
Yes the births are correct.
No his wife and 3 children did not travel with him ,they were left behind, and to the best of my knowledge he has not been seen in this country since.
However I shall keep on trying to find what happened to him.
Cheers,..................Stan

They may not - but they may give an address in Canada to which he was travelling and it may also give his occupation
