Title: Beaman connections

I am researching the Beaman family who, as far as I know, originated in Shrewsbury moved to Manchester and a line then moved to Kent. Does anyone have any connections with this name. I will be happy with any information.

My Father-in-law was a Beaman, and his family came from the Woking area. I can supply you with some details about his family if you still require them.

I would be interested to see if your Beaman could be connected with my tree. I have traced mine back to Francis Beaman marrying Frances Richards in 1797 in Middle not far from Shrewsbury. I think I can go back another generation to 1748 but need more evidence to be definite about this. My line moved to Manchester but I have been in contact with a branch that went to Leicetershire via Canada and others who are now in Kent but spent some time in Aden.
