Evening,
i have just stumbled across this fantastic website and after spending many hours reading others, i am now looking for some help.
does anyone one have any information, stories, photographs about the Quigley's shop on Glendermott road, the shop is no more and no and has been pulled down. i wonder if anyone has any information for me.
family history hunt. i have recently visited the site and spent 3 days researching in Derry. (recommend the Iona Inn) but any help is very welcome.
any information on the Quigley family from Glendermott rd would be very welcome. Pie, Billy, Maureen, Susan, Paddy, Nancy, Mickey, Sissy.

Hi Nathan Sean. I know the paper shop you are on about well as i used to deliver papers to it. From what i remember Mickey ran it with the help of Pie. I also know Maureen who now lives in Woodburn in the Waterside and is married to Jim Hamilton.
