Title: can I request another cleanup?

My great great uncle Evi.  He was a trapper, fur buyer and, during prohibition, he made a lot of money as a rum runner.  He knew all the secret routes through the bayous of southwest Louisiana!  Sort of a dandy. too.

I hope someone can just clean him up a bit.   :)
I'd be very grateful!   :)

It's not a high resolution scan but the best I can do unless my cousin rescans the photo.
